The Gripset RD was applied into the firewall.

The Bitadur and Ultrodeck UV1 was applied at the clubhouse at Tower 1 and Tower 2.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The shop (340m2) was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (clear) floor sealer.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the roofdecks.

The Ultro-Deck BT- Polyurethane Base Waterproofing System was applied at the roofdeck.

The Gripset 51 was applied into the retaining wall

The Maritrans, Stoseal SPS-A, Mariseal 250 and Bitadur Membrane was applied at the podium deck, GI Roofing. Skylight, Roofdeck/ Gutter, Parapet Wall @ Roofdeck stair/machine room wall ledge.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite floor sealer (blue) was applied on the ACCU room, electrical rooms, boiler and pump room, transformer room, generator room, workshop, and PABXCATV storage.

The Bitaflex was applied into comport room and roofdeck

The Ultrodeck BT was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Rokite was applied into the flooring area.

The Mariseal 260 Waterproofing Membrane was applied at the Roofdeck, Parapet Walls and Secondary Roof.

The Mariseal 250/260/400 was incorporated into the concrete walls. The Uni Dri Super 20 was incorporated into the water tank.

The Diamite floor hardener / dustproofer and Rokite (clear) floor sealer was applied into the loading area, processing room, blast freezer room and ante room.

The Gripset 38 was applied into the cistern tank.

The Ultrodeck BT was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Diamite & Rokite was applied into the warehouse floor area.

The Cementseal 1 was incorporated into the slab.
