Surface Protection

The Diamite was applied into the production area.

The Rokite (clear) floor sealer and Diamite was applied into the hallway and loading area.

The Bitadur & Bitaflex waterproofing system was applied at the Roofdeck, C.R., Walls ways and Ledges.

The Cementseal 1 is incorporated to the pier deck.

The Mariseal 270 & 250 was incorporated into the roof concrete gutter & canopy.

The Power mix was applied into the roofdeck area, elevetor pit, Toilets & Baths

The Gripset RD was applied into the roofdeck.

The Shasta E-4120 & Shasta E-4170 Torch Applied Waterproofing Membrane was applied at the Driveway, Landscape & Tennis Court, Ground Floor, Toilet & Basement, and all toilet.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the parapet wall and ledges.

The manufacturing building- ground floor machine rooms, storage rooms, CW area substations, direct and indirect materials area, UPS rooms, utility building, administration building, machine room & equipment pads with a total area of 11, 050m2 were treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (gray) floor sealer.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the concrete gutter, canopy, bridgeway deck. The StoCrete CCW-Elastic was incorporated into the M & F toilets.

The Diamite was applied at the basement, parking area, hallway

The Gripset 51 was applied into the roof deck area.
