Surface Protection

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the concrete gutter, canopy, bridgeway deck. The StoCrete CCW-Elastic was incorporated into the M & F toilets.

The Mariseal 260 was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Gripset 51 was applied into the roof deck area.

Ronabond PU Injection

The Polyurethane Base Waterproofing System was applied at the terraces slab. The Bitaflex Waterproofing System was applied at the toilet & baths.

The warehouse (400m2) was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (clear) floor sealer.

The Bitaflex was incorporated into the Sky Garden Deck -Slab.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the floor ledges A-1, A-2, & Canopy Deck @ 2nd Floor.

The Gripset 51 was applied into the roof deck area.

The Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane was applied at the Roofdeck.

The aseptic area, control room, engineering office and laboratory covering an area of 850m2 was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (gray) floor sealer, an additional area of 2, 960m2 covering the boiler, generator rooms, storage rooms, research and development bldg. and administration bldg., and canteen were treated with Diamite & Rokite (green). The control room was protected by Epoxy (gray) coating.

The Diamite was applied at the parking area.

The Epoxy tank lining (white) was applied on the sewage treatment plant.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the concrete walls.

The Tamseal 20 was applied into the concrete gutter.

The Bitaflex Membrane was applied at the Bldg. D,E, & F, Pool Villas, Slide Pool Tower, Waterpark bridge.
