The 3CC System was incorporated into the basement retaining wall (3 level) waterproofing.

The Boscoseal PU was incorporated into the ACCU Ledge, Linen Room, Toilets, Pantry, Utility Room.
The Cementseal TLE was incorporated into the cistern tanks.

- The EDC System was incorporated into the basement wall (1 level), balconies, and roof slab waterproofing.

- The EDC System is incorporated into the suspended swimming pool slab and wall waterproofing.

- The 3CC System is incorporated into the cistern tank.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the concrete walls.

The Bitaflex Membrane was applied at the bath tub, C.R., deck, basement, ledge, chiller & blower, kitchen and Tank Room.

The 3CC System is incorporated into the podium.

The Bitadur & Bitaflex waterproofing system was applied at the Roofdeck, C.R., Walls ways and Ledges.

The warehouse (400m2) was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (clear) floor sealer.

The Gripset 51 was applied into the roof deck area.

- The Everdure Caltite System is incorporated into the slab, beam and parapet wall @ guard house.

The aseptic area, control room, engineering office and laboratory covering an area of 850m2 was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (gray) floor sealer, an additional area of 2, 960m2 covering the boiler, generator rooms, storage rooms, research and development bldg. and administration bldg., and canteen were treated with Diamite & Rokite (green). The control room was protected by Epoxy (gray) coating.

The Mariseal 270 & 250 was incorporated into the concrete gutter.
The Sto Jumbosil was incorporated into the Tegula Roof.

- The 3CC System is incorporated into the swimming pool

- The 3CC System was incorporated into the potable water tank waterproofing.

- The 3CC System is incorporated to the rehabilitation of the pier.

The Tamseal 20 was applied into the concrete gutter.
