The Diamite floor hardener / dustproofer and Rokite (clear) floor sealer was applied into the loading area, processing room, blast freezer room and ante room.

The Bitacem 120 was applied into Toilets & Bath

The Mariseal 260 was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The 3CC, Aquapel, Stocrete 4222, Sealant, Ultrodeck UV, Ultrodeck Bt was applied at the Basement, Wet areas, Water tank, landscape roofdecks, roofdecks, dome, other roof, external and internal walls and parapet wall.

- The 3CC System was incorporated into the lowest level (3rd level) basement retaining wall waterproofing.

The Gripset RD was applied into the firewall.

- The 3CC System is incorporated into the in ground swimming pool.

The Rokite (blue- gray) floor sealer was applied into the chiller electrical room, genset room, pump room & 3rd floor partial hallway of approximately 1200m2.

The Power mix was applied into the roofdeck area, elevetor pit, Toilets & Baths

The Bitaflex was incorporated into the Bldg F & C at STP, T&B, Roofdeck and Elevator Pit.

The Hycrete W400 is incorporated into cistern tank and fire tank.

- The 3CC System was incorporated into the basement retaining (level 1).

The cementseal Epoxy was incorporated into the Floorslab

- The 3CC System is incorporated into the swimming pool, parking area & roofdeck.

• The 3CC System was incorporated into the cistern tank, elevated water tank, roof gutter, stair roof, and front roof waterproofing.
• The EDC System was incorporated into the toilet, mezzanine- exposed deck, roof deck, machine room deck waterproofing.

The Integral Waterproofing System is incorporated into pressure and retaining wall.

- The 3CC System was incorporated into the basement retaining wall (7 level) & cistern tank waterproofing.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the concrete gutter, canopy, bridgeway deck. The StoCrete CCW-Elastic was incorporated into the M & F toilets.
