The aseptic area, control room, engineering office and laboratory covering an area of 850m2 was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (gray) floor sealer, an additional area of 2, 960m2 covering the boiler, generator rooms, storage rooms, research and development bldg. and administration bldg., and canteen were treated with Diamite & Rokite (green). The control room was protected by Epoxy (gray) coating.

The Mariseal 270 & 250 was incorporated into the concrete gutter.

The Aquapel System is incorporated into the pressure slab, shear wall, lean concrete, pile cap, & elevator pit.
