Surface Protection

The Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane was applied at the Roofdeck.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the floor ledges A-1, A-2, & Canopy Deck @ 2nd Floor.

The Diamite was applied at the parking area.

The Epoxy tank lining (white) was applied on the sewage treatment plant.

The aseptic area, control room, engineering office and laboratory covering an area of 850m2 was treated with Diamite floor hardener/ dustproofer & Rokite (gray) floor sealer, an additional area of 2, 960m2 covering the boiler, generator rooms, storage rooms, research and development bldg. and administration bldg., and canteen were treated with Diamite & Rokite (green). The control room was protected by Epoxy (gray) coating.

The Tamseal 20 was applied into the concrete gutter.

The Bitaflex Membrane was applied at the Bldg. D,E, & F, Pool Villas, Slide Pool Tower, Waterpark bridge.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the concrete walls.

The Ultrodeck BT was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Diamite floor hardener and dustproofer was applied into the equipment pads, machine room, ramps, & car parking areas of approximately 1.3 hectares.

The Diamite was applied at the floor slab for New Cold Storage.

The Diamite & Rokite was applied into the 2nd production area.

The Bitaflex Membrane was applied at the bath tub, C.R., deck, basement, ledge, chiller & blower, kitchen and Tank Room.

The Bitaflex was incorporated into the roofdeck, plant box, T&B.

The Ultrodeck BT was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Diamite floor hardener and dustproofer was applied into the parking area of approximately 33, 000m2.

The Gripset 51 was applied into the exterior areas.

The Bitaflex was applied into the Toilets & Baths.

The Mariseal 260 was incorporated into the septic tanks.
The Bitaflex was incorporated into the elevator machine roofdeck.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the roofdeck, GI Roof, floor slab.
The Cementseal TLE was incorporated into the cistern tanks.
The Sto Jumbosil was incorporated into the facade wall.
